Ordering

To place an order, please contact us on 01865 798700. We are happy to take payment in advance by Credit Card over the phone or by bank transfer.

Alternatively, if you are a trade customer and wish to set up an account, please contact us and we will email you an application form with our full account terms and conditions. We can also arrange a meeting/product demonstration or call to discuss your needs and to understand how best we can support you.

Minimum Orders

There is a minimum order of one case, which can be mixed flavours. Case sizes are Tropics Frozen (12 cartons); Tropics Shelf Stable (12 bottles); Forcevital Frozen (6 bottles).

Delivery

For orders placed by 11.00 am Monday to Thursday, we aim to offer next day delivery. Standard UK Mainland delivery by UK Mail is free of charge for orders over £75 (excluding VAT). There is a delivery charge of £8.95 + VAT for orders under £75 (excluding VAT).

All orders placed after 11.00 am on Thursday or on Friday for delivery on Saturday will incur a delivery charge of £13.00 + VAT.

Currently we only offer deliveries within the UK Mainland. Large orders may take longer to dispatch.

We can supply pallet orders to European customers, please contact us for further details.

Delivery Terms

TBL makes every effort to ensure that our products arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that a delivery does not arrive, or arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. Please be advised that it may take a few days for us to resolve delivery issues with the courier company.

Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure deliveries reach you on time, we are reliant on the services of a third party carrier, therefore we are unable to provide any guarantees of arrival times, nor do we take any responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of deliveries not reaching you on time.

Force Majeure

TBL shall not be liable for any breach of its obligations or for compensation or refund for loss, damage or delay resulting from an Event of Force Majeure. Such events, which are outside TBL’s control, include, but are not restricted to, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, explosions, accidents, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any public or private highway, acts of terrorism, vandalism, government act, riot, war, act of God or industrial dispute.
